Lisa is a licensed massage therapist with advanced training in sports massage and therapeutic bodywork. Originally from Minnesota, splitting her time between Forest Lake and Moorhead, she moved to Colorado in 2002, trading lakes for mountains and never looking back. After years in leadership roles with large companies, Lisa felt the pull toward a more hands-on, purpose-driven path. She enrolled in the Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2014, specializing in Sports Massage and launching a career grounded in connection, movement, and lasting impact.
Lisa’s massage work has taken her from the clinic to the field, providing care for MMA fighters, professional soccer players, and world-class athletes, including members of the New Zealand Women’s Olympic rugby team and international competitors at Empower Field. Whether she’s working with elite athletes or helping a client relieve day-to-day tension, Lisa brings deep empathy, precision, and intention to every session.

Her approach is grounded, customized, and centered around helping people through regular, thoughtful care.
