Chiropractor

Dr. Olivia Steinmetz specializes in sports chiropractic, pelvic floor health, and women’s wellness. Known for her strength-based, personalized approach, she combines clinical expertise with a passion for movement and recovery. She works with athletes, active women, and postpartum patients, especially those looking for thoughtful, effective care that goes beyond temporary fixes. Her goal is to help people feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies.

  • Dr. Olivia Steinmetz is a Denver-based chiropractor specializing in sports chiropractic, rehabilitation, and women’s health. Originally from Rochester, Minnesota, she grew up in a high-energy household with three brothers, spending her time outdoors, playing sports, and falling in love with the community and connection that athletic spaces can offer. That early passion for movement and health inspired her path into physical medicine and her commitment to helping others feel strong, supported, and at home in their bodies.

After earning her Doctor of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Sports Medicine from the University of Western States in Oregon, she made her way to Colorado to join the Well Set team. Olivia also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and has studied Exercise Science, Psychology, and Global Studies at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, including internationally through Semester at Sea.

  • As a lifelong learner, Dr. Olivia continually adds to her clinical toolbox. Her advanced training includes:

    • CCSP® – Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician®

    • Post-surgical physical therapy

    • Pelvic floor health and postpartum recovery

    • Pregnancy-specific chiropractic techniques

    • TMJ dysfunction across the lifespan

    • Breathing biomechanics and core stability

You can almost always count on her having a new certification in progress—because growth and curiosity are part of her care philosophy.

    • Athletes and active individuals at all levels
