Dr. Aly Pomerantz specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy, integrative movement, and whole-body strength. With training in yoga and massage therapy, she helps patients reconnect with their bodies and move through life with confidence.

Dr. Aly Pomerantz is a Denver-based physical therapist with a focus on pelvic floor health, whole-body mobility, and individualized, integrative care. Originally from Santa Cruz, California, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology and Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from West Coast University in Los Angeles. A yoga instructor and massage therapist as well, Aly brings a truly holistic perspective to every patient she works with.
Her passion for pelvic floor physical therapy is rooted in a deep belief: that people can only show up fully in their lives when they feel strong and connected in their bodies. Whether she’s working with someone postpartum, managing pain, or rebuilding strength, Aly is focused on helping patients not only return to function, but go beyond it.

What have been your career highlights (so far)?
I love teaching. So far, I’ve mentored four students and am working on ways to educate more PTs and the community about pelvic health.What’s your goal in life?
Eventually I’d like to expand my teaching opportunities and lecture in PT schools to help build pelvic knowledge into curriculums.Favorite Movie?
